Payment Terms 

Invoices for Google Business Profile management services are due upon receipt. Payment is expected within 7 days.

Late Invoices

There is no late fee for invoices paid within 7 days. However, for invoices remaining unpaid after 30 days, RYT Media Ltd. reserves the right to:

Request Removal of Unmaintained Work:

We may request Google to remove any optimizations or content we implemented on your Google Business Profile if the invoice remains unpaid after 30 days.

Revert Profile to Original State:

In such cases, we will make a best effort to revert your profile to the condition it was in before we commenced work. This may include removing content and imagery we added, and restoring previous profile information.

Client Responsibilities

Accurate Information: You are responsible for providing RYT Media Ltd. with accurate and up-to-date information for your Google Business Profile.
Cooperation: We require your cooperation throughout the management process. This may involve providing access to your Google Business Profile and responding to any requests for information.

RYT Media Ltd. Responsibilities

Google Guidelines:

We will manage your Google Business Profile in accordance with Google’s My Business guidelines.

Best Practices:

We will utilize industry best practices to optimize your Google Business Profile for visibility and engagement.

Communication:

We will maintain clear communication with you throughout the management process.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute regarding these terms or the services provided, both parties agree to attempt resolution through open communication and negotiation. If you are unhappy for any reason we will offer you a return however all data and information will be returned to its original state

Disclaimer

RYT Media Ltd. cannot guarantee specific results from Google Business Profile management services.

Please Note:

These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time. We recommend you review them periodically for any updates.

Termination

This agreement may be terminated by either party upon written notice. In the event of termination by the Client for reasons other than breach of contract by RYT Media Ltd., the Client shall be responsible for all services rendered up to the date of termination.

Confidentiality

RYT Media Ltd. agrees to keep confidential all non-public information of the Client obtained during the course of this agreement.
