Ten of the Most important features for your website to convert & SEO ‘you can do now’

Ten of the Most important features for your website to convert, keep people engaged and more i’ve learned over 8 Years in Cork & London & globally

Fewer pages is more, bring products to the front!

Make sure all the elements are sharp clean and crisp making sure that it is easy to use

“One thing my developers and I hate is images that don’t fit the area/element perfectly, but i’d rather have an image a little bit off with time and the note to fix then using something generic, ( Example photo of player, car or product that’s generic, appose to the actual physical product your not a multinational company selling car rentals at the airport browsing )

Simple way to remember and prove this if social media was like this would it be where it is today!
( Above is not the ‘norm’ or perfect practice but it’s not what the consumer wants, or what you learned in college or university to be correct etc. )

I’ve had so many people do computer science and more in London & Cork and say they have learned more from working with me on actionable products and websites than they have learned in college, the real world is a far cry from what they learn & what the customer wants visually and what works!

Next; Build a heat map into the website and see who engages with what and where, if you can’t build in a on page heat map just check on analytics who is engaging with what products with what products and pages and elements, make adjustments and adapt.! If something doesn’t get clicks see why?
‘It actually makes your website worse it’s bad for seo, no engagement, less time on page and so on..’

My favourite saying build products not websites, if your building an app or building a service or product goto the end of the product sale and work back, what it sells and why it sells, my point being, what’s the end result look like, if the customer was in your shop looking at the product, they would pick it up, see it, feel it, like it and then think about its value, most people buy with their eye first and then they see it’s value second, your brands comes 3rd imo, based on the product. Yes you need to draw them in but again your not a multinational company we’re buying the product not the brand.

Meaning someone doesn’t walk into a store check who you are what you do and then check your terms page and how you made it, “Usually, we/they don’t immediately check these details. We might check them later.”, not first but either way the engagement and want is higher from the get go, leading to, influx.

Again, we buy the story after we see what we like so bring the product and the service to the front. Some people won’t even check this and they will just check out

Give the customer what they want from the get go straight to that product service or landing page I get so many clients trying to see a business/service etc. and its the end goal the customer wants not always the story and info that got it their.

Are you product focused, or brand focused?  What operating system are you using, wordpress or shopify or custom built and is it the RYT website to help your business convert more sales.

Question: Is your brand over selling it self, and not it’s product.

I’ll know in 2 minutes from our Free call, or live chat button the bottom RYT that goes directly to me just drop your website link or Google Page.

3 Click Rule – See ( search, click, buy )

END.
