Systems are everywhere create your own.
Structure what you do, build on it, grow out of the business not in, and Simplify everything:
Learn to work on you’re business not in the business you don’t want to be doing what you are doing now in 5 years, 15 years, etc. if you don’t learn to delegate you will work,
Solution if you won’t sit down and systemize what you do pay someone to follow you and break down your day.
You’ll find time wasted everywhere and better used elsewhere, and some of your tasks can be delegated at a lower cost than your time.
It doesn’t always have to be hard. SO don’t make it.
