The customer journey starts and must end with you, meaning the customer searched what they wanted, or found it through an ad and they then spend time on page looking at your product, poor product listing = less traffic, low sales both in-store & online

Engagement your top 10 pages should be doing 75 percent + if not revisit them, then goto the next 10 pages and so on many sites can have 100’s of pages.

The ones doing the least traffic, are being over looked but fixing 50 of thease pages, and products could = 5 views a day = 25 a week 100 a month across 50 products is now 5000 extra customers – ‘relatable traffic each month’ relevent to your brand

✅ Dont just focus on backlinks and all this mad stuff you see on Linkdin and people telling you do this and that. Theirs alot of people here telling people how to do seo and not a result to be found or case study.

✔️ Keep it simple

⭐ ( Focus on make what’s in front of you better and the rest will flow )

1. Good Images & Clear Call to Actions

2. Better products and landing pages

3. Consistently feed data into the site

4. Find your best products and content and pull/pain points for customers build good content from that and leverage it from socials to your site ( Small ad budget run for the year ) best performing of course.

5. Again ‘repeat’ above

5a. Better Discriptions ( cross refference )

5b. Better Videos or Relevent ( Not the ones from years ago ) High quality and maintain that

6. This should be one but have a decent website not one that looks like its from the stone age, looks flat & boering etc. etc. ( Colours & Life ) Try stay away from a.i generic stuff.

We have alot of customers and new clients who are just so busy this is just a mess to them well if you fixed your site and did all of the above you could position yourself better to take on tastier and more valueable work. Zoning in on what actually makes you a high return, and you return high value = scale.

I have ranked cafes, bars, automotive companies, furniture, and many more across search and maps on number one, from doing the simplist of things to just even posting photos on maps so well after awhile it probably put me out of a job as once it was done once RYT it worked, and continued to. This isn’t rocket science and the with the right set up, later its all about the budget on the return you want if its more . ( No this isn’t always the case budget doesn’t fix everything and ad spend if it looks crap and is crap it will convert low )

20 good clients that convert on your site from 100 looking is alot better then 30 from 2000 looking. I can assure you theirs two different type of clients within this also, lets call one your ideal customers.
